Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Making Sit Happen K9 Coaching, we value your time and ours. We understand that life happens and schedules may change, so we’ve created the following policy to ensure fairness for both clients and trainer.

Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

• Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies at the trainer’s discretion.

Refunds for Single Sessions

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Refunds for Packages

• Training packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after the first session has been completed.

• If you request a refund before the first session in a package, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

• All packages expire 1 year from the purchase date.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund.

Trainer Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that the trainer must cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund for that session.
