At Making Sit Happen K9 Coaching, we help dog owners in Port Edward and the Prince Rupert area create better communication, stronger bonds, and lasting results with their dogs. From puppy foundations to complex behavioural challenges, our goal is to make training engaging, effective, and tailored to every dog’s needs.
Meet Alex!
Hi, I’m Alex Sirovyak, founder of Making Sit Happen K9 Coaching. With over a decade of professional dog training experience, I’ve worked with everything from beloved family pets to elite working dogs.
My career began in explosive detection training, where I trained four award-winning scent detection dogs along side agencies such as the RCMP, municipal police, and even the FBI during a major security operation in the United States.
That experience taught me the importance of precision, patience, and trust, principles I bring to every training session.
While my background includes high-level detection work, my passion is helping everyday owners and their dogs live better lives together.
